Barre Flow is a 55-minute yoga inspired Tabata style workout. Gain strength and confidence as you balance and move through basic yoga poses. Class is Tabata style where are you will engage in a pose hold, move, or cardio burst for 20 second intervals followed by a 10 second rest. This is a higher intensity class but modifications will be given for all levels. After the cool down this full body workout will also include a guided muscle relaxation created for beginners.

The Barre Flow class will take place at Barre District Menomonee Falls from 5:30PM-6:25PM.
After the Barre Flow class, you will head over to A Better Me Spa or Three Cellars (right next door) to experience a service of your choice or a glass of wine to start! Our services are discounted for this event specifically and guests may choose one service to experience after the Barre Flow class.
Guests will also receive a complimentary glass of wine at Three Cellars for this evening!

Reservations are mandatory for all of our classes. Because they often fill up, ensure you get into the classes you want by booking at least three weeks in advance.
It’s important to be comfortable during an exercise, so you shouldn’t feel the need to impress anyone with your barre outfit. Choose clothes that will allow you to focus on the exercise.
To avoid a rush free night, we usually recommend that guests get to The Barre District no later than 5:20PM. This is so you have enough time to get yourself settled in.
Exercise can be challenging, but staying engaged is the best way to get the benefits from that challenge. Try to keep your mind focused on what your body is doing. If you let your mind wander during barre class, you might miss out on some of the benefits.
Barre class is designed to work muscles more than we normally do. You’re going to be using your arms, legs, glutes and core throughout the class. As the class goes on, you might notice your arms or legs starting to shake.
A dancer’s physique radiates strength, and one of the most obvious benefits of barre class is improved strength. The exercises focus on muscles that often get ignored during other workouts. Expect to feel the burn in places like your glutes and hamstrings. Exercises that incorporate weights are also great strength building tools.
