COVID-19 AT THE SPA

While we are excited to be reopen there are still guidelines. Below is a list of the guest guidelines we are having to follow.

COVID-19 PROCEDURES

  • If you are sick, stay home. If you have a temperature, stay home. If someone in your house is sick, stay home. If you have allergies and can’t control sneezing, stay home. In any of these cases, reschedule your appointment to a later date. We have the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting symptoms or not following Spa guidelines.
  • Each guest is asked to certify that they haven't knowingly been exposed to the virus and that they aren't experiencing any symptoms. We will perform a temperature check and we will ask all guests to sign a waiver prior to their service.
  • We ask that you refrain from hugging the staff here and avoid congregating in common areas. We ask that all guests exit their service rooms promptly to allow our staff the extra cleaning time they need.
  • All services must be pre-scheduled online or by phone at least 3 hours in advance. We will not be taking walk-ins at this time.
  • Please do not come in more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals will not be allowed, since starting a session late may disturb others.
  • You will be asked to use hand sanitizer or wash your hands immediately when walking into the Spa. We ask you do the same when leaving.
  • All guests are required to wear a mask. Clients can remove their mask during their services, but must wear them whenever they are outside of the treatment room.
  • We've added space between appointment blocks to allow us extra time to sanitize common areas and common touch points.
  • We’ve also adjusted our schedule to reduce the likelihood that more than 3 guests will be in the common areas at any given time so each person can maintain proper physical distancing. If you do not see a time that works within your schedule, please don’t hesitate to contact us because we might be able to move some things around for you.
  • We've removed our complimentary products (besides earplugs), and we've temporarily suspended our tea and water service. Unfortunately, during this time guests will not be allowed to use the prep room.
  • While our relaxation room won't technically be closed, we ask that you don't stay for more than 5-10 minutes after your service to avoid too many people in the Spa at one time.
  • If you are purchasing product please let the front desk know, and we will grab it for you. If you are ONLY purchasing product please call the Spa at 262-408-7597 and we will do everything curbside.

**Our custom built Float Tanks use the world’s most advanced filtration systems for pools and spas employing a combination of UV Light, OZone, One Micron Filter and H2O2 on top of approximately 1,000 pounds of Epsom Salt. This multi-staged system operates for a minimum of 30 minutes between each use. Our facility is sanitized in its entirety after each guest interaction and movement.  [click here for source]***
