WHY SHERI FLOATS
I had never experienced a floatation therapy session until this past year. From the start, I had noticed everything was very clean. The professional staff at A Better Me Spa was very informative on what to expect. I was able to feel an amazing relaxing and therapeutic session. It took me a few minutes to actually release the tension I was holding in my back, but soon after that, I was able to achieve true serenity. With the calm and peaceful music it helped diminish any negative thoughts and worries from my everyday stress. I wish in my younger years when I was in several sports, I would have had a beautiful facility to help heal from my injuries. I hope that athletes utilize this therapy at any age. Thank you Cayla and Chad for everything you do!

WHY DIANE FLOATS
Floating is a wonderful opportunity to calm the nervous system and practice self-care. It feels like such a close sister to yoga’s shavasana or corpse pose but with the added benefits of the epsom salt helping muscles loosen and relax. I’m amazed at how fast the time goes while floating and I completely enjoy the way I feel afterwards.

WHY MELISSA FLOATS
Floating is something unexplainable. To be able to fully relax and rejuvenate is something that floating helps me do. Owning The Dog Sanctuary, a dog daycare, and running a non profit can be stressful work. It can also be stressful to my body being on my feet for hours running around with the dogs, which I love but my body not so much. So not only does it help mentally but also physically. I was also lucky enough to be able to float while I was pregnant. That was definitely a nice treat! Cayla and Chad could not have done a better job with their environment at A Better Me. It’s always relaxing, peaceful, and you instantly feel like you made friends for life. I can’t recommend A Better Me enough and all of their services!

WHY PAIGE FLOATS
There is no better stress relief I can think of than a float session. With working full time seeing clients, getting a Master’s degree, exercising daily, and maintaining a social life, I need to find time for relaxation and to let my mind wander. The moment I walk in the door at A Better Me, I am instantly relaxed and taken to a happy place. Not only does a float session allow your mind and body to relax, it is also extremely rejuvenating for your overall health. The entire environment at the spa has been set up to heal your mind, body, and spirit, and for that, I am very grateful to have that as a resource. If you want impeccable customer service, a peaceful environment and an invigorating experience, make an appointment at A Better Me.

WHY TAMMY FLOATS
My first experience with floating was at A Better Me Spa almost two years ago, and I have absolutely loved every session I’ve had since! Cayla and Chad are so informative about what to expect and how to get the most out of your session. While floating, I can reach a form of relaxation unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before. The aches and pains I feel before my session completely diminish by the time I leave, and I always get a much more rested night of sleep after floating. As an esthetician, I know I need to take care of my body in order to continue doing what I love as long as I can, and floating is an amazing way for me to do that! I highly recommend floating to everyone!
