We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, and a credit card number is required to hold a reservation. Group reservations of 3 or more people require cancellation 48 hours in advance. Appointment changes or cancellations must be given by phone during our regular business hours at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges for your appointment. Missed appointments will be charged in full to the credit card with which they were held; appointments canceled within the 24-hour window will be charged 50% of the service price.
Please arrive no later than 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. This time allows for a stress-free check-in and a few moments to relax in the spa. To accommodate every guest at A Better Me, we may shorten appointment times due to late arrivals.
