Spa Etiquette

To preserve an ambiance of peace and tranquility, A Better Me Spa is a cell phone free environment. We kindly ask that you turn off all cell phones prior to entering the spa. We also ask that you speak softly throughout the spa (we call this ‘spa voice’).



Gratuity is not included in the cost of your spa treatment, but is greatly appreciated by your therapist. If you enjoyed your service, it is customary to leave gratuity based on the value of the treatment received. Please leave gratuity in the form of a personal check or cash. Gratuity envelopes are provided at the reception desk.


Please advise the staff of any medical conditions or allergies you may have prior to your service. Your health and well-being are of the utmost importance to us. We reserve the right to reschedule any appointments if the service may pose a threat to any existing health issues.


We’re thrilled to welcome younger guests! To receive a treatment, parents or guardians must sign the consultation form.

-Guests under 18 years of age must obtain parental consent before receiving a treatment
-Guests 10-15 years of age are eligible to receive any of our spa treatments; parent or guardian must be on site at the spa during treatment
-Guests 16-18 years of age are eligible to receive any of our spa treatments

At A Better Me, we strive to keep our spa areas and common rooms peaceful and relaxing for all of our guests. Please keep in mind that many of our guests are seeking a quiet environment. We ask that all conversations be kept to hushed tones to allow for ultimate relaxation for other clients receiving services. We reserve the right to terminate services at any point if we feel that any guest is not able to conduct themselves properly, or if they are affecting others services.


Spa Cancellations & Policies


Please arrive no later than 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. This time allows for a stress-free check-in and a few moments to relax in the spa. To accommodate every guest at A Better Me, we may shorten appointment times due to late arrivals. 


We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, and a credit card number is required to hold a reservation. Group reservations of 3 or more people require cancellation 48 hours in advance. Appointment changes or cancellations must be given by phone during our regular business hours at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges for your appointment. Missed appointments will be charged in full to the credit card with which they were held; appointments canceled within the 24-hour window will be charged 50% of the service price.

Please Note: No cash refunds are given for gift certificates. Gift certificates are not refundable and must be presented at the time service is rendered. Lost, misplaced or stolen certificates are not refundable, replaceable nor valid. We gladly offer gift certificate transfers and credit toward all A Better Me services.  


Prices are subject to change without notice. In certain instances, our fee schedule may change before the pricing on our website or menu of services. Please confirm the price for your treatment with our reservationists when booking your appointment.

Online Booking

For your convenience, we are pleased to offer online scheduling, 24 hours a day for all our guests. For all online booking please click here or select the “book now” tab on the top right navigation bar. Online booking for same-day appointments is available 2+ hours before the desired appointment time.

How do I create a customer account for Online Booking?

You can create an Online Booking account by going to and clicking on the “Book Now” button. Click on Login on the top right of the page and select the “Create Account” link on the top right of the page. Enter in the necessary information to create your account. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email that your On-Line Booking account has been set up. Once your profile is setup and you have requested the services you’d like to reserve, you will be prompted to book your appointment. Please complete booking within five minutes or your reservation will no longer be available.


How do I view a reservation I booked online?

Log into your account via the “Book Now” button on the A Better Me website. Click on the “My Info” tab on the top right of the screen and choose “Schedule”. You can see your upcoming appointments and appointment history by clicking on the appropriate tab.  

What if I want to reserve multiple services?

To reserve multiple services or consecutive appointments on the same day:

On the “Book Now” tab, add all the services you are interested in doing for that day, then click “Next” to see the availability.

To reserve services on an additional day or nonconsecutive appointments on the same day: Finish booking your first appointment and once you are finished booking your service(s), begin the online booking process again to book your next service.



What if I want to reserve services for multiple people?

If you would like to schedule two people at the SAME time, unfortunately it will not let you under the same email. You will need to use two different emails for both appointments in order to reserve two spots. Some of our guests find it a lot easier to give us a call to set something up.

What if I can’t find a specific service that I want to book online?

Not all services that we offer are available to book through our on-line booking system. Please call us at (262) 408-7597 to book any service that you cannot find through our on-line booking system.

Where can I find descriptions of services or packages?

You can find descriptions to any services that we offer on line by clicking the “i” next to the service. A pop up window will appear with the service description.

How do I cancel or change an appointment that I booked online?

To cancel a booked appointment, go to the “My Info” tab on the top right of the screen. Click on “Profile” and find the appointment you want to cancel and click “Cancel”. Please remember that you must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time to avoid a cancellation charge per our cancellation policy. If you happen to “Late Cancel”, your card on file will be charged or a service from your series/package may be taken.

What happens if I do not show up for my appointment?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations of treatments.  If you do not show up for your appointment, your credit card will be charged for the full amount for all missed appointments or late cancellations.  Please see our full cancellation policy.

How can I change my password?

You can change your password by clicking the “My Info” tab on the top right of the screen. Choose “Profile” and click edit the box “Personal”.

How Many People Make Up A Spa Party?

At A Better Me Spa, a spa party is defined as 6 or more guests.

How Do I Book A Spa Party?

Contact us at or call us at 262-408-7597  and one of our event specialists will help you put together any combination of services from the A Better Me Spa menu to create the perfect spa party experience! Spa parties must be reserved with a credit card provided by the spa party organizer. However, the credit card will only be charged if there is a cancellation within our spa party cancellation policy or no-show by any spa party guest. Guests are responsible for 100% payment for the services reserved, regardless of the reason of cancelling. Lateness will result in reduction of time in scheduled services.

How Do I Pay For My Spa Party Or Event?

At check out, our front desk staff will happily split up the bill individually, or take one payment for the entire spa party. Please note that an 18% gratuity will be added to services received by all spa parties (guests of 6 or more).

What If I Need To Change My Appointment Or Cancel?

If you need to cancel your party, you must do so one week (7 days) prior to the date of your spa party. If you need to make changes for existing guests, please call us for arrangements at least 72 hours priorto the date of your party. Changes to appointments cannot be made the day of the spa party. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate last minute changes to existing appointments due to room availability, so please notify us as far in advance as possible to help ensure that each of your guests can receive the services they would like.

All cancellations made less than one week prior to the spa party date will be charged for the full price of the service. Guests are responsible for 100% payment for the services reserved, regardless of the reason of cancelling. Lateness will result in reduction of time in scheduled services.

What If Someone Needs To Cancel Or Change Their Service?

Parties must be cancelled seven days (one week) prior to the party date to avoid being charged. Changes to any individual services must be made at least 72 hours prior to the party. Cancellations made within the 72 hours leading up to the party will be charged the full service price. No-shows are charged in full.

We do require a credit card to reserve a spa party. This credit card will be charged for any cancellations or no-shows.

Can We Split The Bill Or Does One Person Have To Pay?

We can do it either way. We do ask that we know in advance how payment will be allocated so we can prepare. The party host/organizer who provides the credit card to guarantee the party is the default card we will use for any cancellations, no shows or any payment issues.

Can I Rent Out The Entire Spa For A Party?

Absolutely! For Private parties, we shut down the entire spa so that your party can be completely private and ensure that no other guests – other than those in your party – will be in the Relaxation Room or in the spa receiving services. Pricing for our Private Parties is based on the length of time of your party and the day of the week your event is scheduled.

Can I Bring My Own Food Or Drink?

If you book a Private Spa Party, you may bring your own champagne, wine, and food provided you bring your own utensils, plates, napkins – anything needed.  For large events, we recommend catering from Ally’s Bistro.

What Else Do I Need To Know About Spa Parties?

Our Relaxation Room is available for spa party guests to utilize before, during, and after spa services at no additional cost. All guests should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the party. New guests will be required to fill out a short intake form, so we will send that to each guest via email (so we will need all the guest’s emails in advance).
